Data collected should and will only be relivent to the needs of the Hall and may consist but not limited to the following,

Name, Date of Birth, Contact details, Adress and Gender.

We hold data only for the purpose intended in the reason it is given, such as, but not limited to ticket sales and event corespondents and never passed (given or sold) to third parties.
